Are Skindustry™ services safe & regulated?

Skindustry™ have an expert Clinical team and are registered and regulated by the Care and Quality Commission, Save Face, British Medical Laser Association and the European Laser Association.


How long will my treatment last?

Skindustry™ treatments can last between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the area and treatment type required. It is our guarantee that no matter what treatment you have, a high quality service will always be provided.


How do I prepare for my treatment?

Skindustry™ will provide you with a full information pack, which includes details of any preparations you need to complete before your treatment.


Will I need aftercare following my treatment?

Skindustry™ will provide you with details of any relevant aftercare we recommend following your treatment. Aftercare advice should be followed to achieve optimum results.


Will the treatment be performed at the Clinic I see in the photos?

At Skindustry™ the photo of the Clinic you see, is the Clinic you will get. Skindustry™ is proud of its comfortable, high-tech environment.

 

What machines do Skindustry™ use?

How can I pay for treatments?

Skindustry™ accept cash, online payments and all major credit/debit cards, including American Express. Gift vouchers and 0% finance are also available. Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques due to the nature of our services.


Can I spread the cost of my treatments?

Yes, Skindustry™ can offer interest free 0% finance so that the cost of treatments can be easily managed. Please ask in Clinic for full details.


Does Skindustry™ have a cancellation and missed appointment policy?

Yes, Skindustry™ understand unforeseen circumstances do occur, but you must allow 24 hours’ notice or more if you need to change your appointment. Unfortunately, you will still be charged 50% and lose your appointment if it is missed, or if under 24 hours’ notice is given.


How will Skindustry™ use and store my information?

Skindustry™ adhere to the Data Protection Act 1998. All information and photos are stored securely and confidentially in both electronic and paper format. Skindustry™ will only contact you with your permission. Any information will be held for 5 years after your last visit. Skindustry™ will never pass on your details to any third parties.
